Plaskolite panels are installed in drop ceilings, replacing ceiling tiles and adding light to any room. These panels easily slide in place where the ceiling tile was previously located. The fluorescent panels are available in different styles and designs, including clear. Installing a clear fluorescent light panel is no different than any other type of panel.
Instructions
1. Set a ladder up in the room under the first ceiling tile that needs to be removed. Push up on the ceiling tile and slide it in either direction so part of it is in the ceiling and not visible.
2. Pull down slightly on the tile and bring it down toward the ground. Dispose of it or set it aside in a separate area in case you need replacement ceiling tiles.
3. Pick up the Plaskolite fluorescent light panel and set it up into the opening in the ceiling. Position it so it is directly above the spot where it will rest. Drop it down into place and set it in the grids running across the ceiling.
4. Move the ladder to a different location and remove the next ceiling tile just like the first. Install the second panel as you did the first, and repeat these steps for all the light panels you need to install.
