Eldon F. Wonderlic began distributing the Wonderlic Personnel Test in 1937 from his Chicago apartment, and the test was used by the United States Navy during World War II to select candidates for pilot training and navigation. Many companies continue to use a 50-question revised version of the Wonderlic Personnel Test to measure cognitive ability and intelligence to help them select employees.
Instructions
1. Read all of the instructions and each question on the test carefully. The test helps measure your ability to understand and apply directions, so do not make the mistake of skipping over important information.
2. Answer each question to the best of your ability. If you are unsure of an answer, choose the option that represents your best educated guess. Leaving a question blank will lower your score.
3. Write and make markings clearly if you are taking a paper copy of the Wonderlic Personnel Test.

Tips Warnings
Ask your potential employer if there is a time limit for the test. The Wonderlic Personnel Test only takes 12 minutes to complete according to Wonderlic, but employers may impose different time limits.
